The "Winterglück" art prize organised by "VOI fesch" makes people with disabilities visible. Haus Elisabeth was happy to support this campaign in 2023 - and now has its own gondola with the motif by artist Julia Rakuschan.
This gondola now makes its rounds on the new Rosskarbahn cable car every winter!

Every week, Obergurgl offers its guests a variety of hikes, bike tours and other experiences such as an Alpine breakfast or a via ferrata workshop. Some of the events are free of charge with the Summer Card. It's definitely worth taking a look at the hiking programme!
Ski hire, sales and service at Riml
In and around Obergurgl, the specialist shop Riml Sports has several branches where you can not only buy new equipment, but also have your existing equipment checked. The on-site ski service checks skis and ski boots - from the bases to the bindings. The sports shop in Gurgl also has a ski hire service: if you reserve your skis online in advance, you can save up to 15 per cent!
The sky's the limit here!
The Glacier Trail Run in Gurgl is a highlight every year! In the midst of three thousand metre peaks, numerous mountain-loving runners take to the start line. A total of 61.1 kilometres and 3600 metres in altitude have to be mastered. Of course, you can also register on the website for just one part of the course!
